SUPPORT GROUPS
There are many support groups available which may be structured in a variety of ways: An Open group where participants connect with each other and share their experiences. A Guided group where participants will be guided through a plan of activities. Some support groups are offered on-line, in-person or both (on-line and in person).
• National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Connection offers individual and family support groups, weekly meetings, virtual and in-person (in your neighborhood) support groups.
